How to Empty the Bin Hygienically
Emptying the dust bin correctly avoids dust clouds and keeps allergens contained. The CleanLift A9 uses a bottom-release mechanism for clean, one-handed emptying.
Steps
- Detach the main body from the wand (if connected) and hold it over a waste bin with the bottom facing down.
- Locate the red release button on the side of the dust bin. Press it firmly with your thumb.
- The bottom flap will swing open and the contents will drop into the waste bin below. Gravity does the work.
- Tap the body gently a couple of times to dislodge any debris clinging to the cyclone mesh or bin walls.
- Close the bottom flap by pushing it upward until you hear a definitive click — this confirms the latch is secure.

Tips
Empty the bin when debris reaches the fill line marked inside the bin — overfilling reduces suction and can cause blockages. Wipe the rubber seal around the bottom flap with a dry cloth once a month to keep the seal airtight and prevent dust leaks during use.
