How to Attach the Patio Cleaner Head

  1. Remove the lance from the trigger gun. Grip the lance collar, pull back and twist anti-clockwise to release it from the quick-connect fitting.
  2. Align the patio head connector. Hold the patio cleaner head so the click-fit collar lines up with the trigger gun outlet. The alignment arrow on the connector should face the top of the gun.
  3. Push and twist clockwise until you hear a firm click. The connector locks into place — you should not be able to pull it free without pressing the release collar.
  4. Test on low pressure first. Turn the pressure dial to the lowest setting, switch on, and squeeze the trigger. Confirm the two rotary jets under the patio head are spinning evenly and no water is leaking from the connection point.

Tip

Before each use, check that the splash guard skirt around the base of the patio head is seated flat and not folded under. A misaligned guard reduces cleaning efficiency and allows spray to escape sideways.
