  2. VitaCheck Cuff C1 — Standard (22–42 cm)
  3. USB-C charging cable
  4. 4× AA batteries (pre-installed)
  5. Storage pouch

Step 1: Insert batteries or connect USB-C

Open the battery compartment on the underside of the monitor by pressing the release tab and sliding the cover off. The 4× AA batteries are pre-installed — remove the insulating strip and replace the cover. Alternatively, connect the included USB-C cable to a 5V power source.

Step 2: Attach the cuff

Connect the cuff air tube to the port on the left side of the monitor. Push the connector in firmly until you hear a click. The monitor will display a cuff icon when the connection is detected.

Step 3: Register your product

Scan the QR code on the back of the monitor or on the QR registration card. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your 36-month warranty and set up your user profile. You can register up to two users.

Step 4: Pair via Bluetooth

On the monitor, press Menu › Settings › Connectivity › Bluetooth and select Pair. The monitor will enter pairing mode for 60 seconds. On your phone, scan the QR code to access the web dashboard and follow the Bluetooth pairing prompt.

Step 5: Connect to Wi-Fi

Navigate to Menu › Settings › Connectivity › Wi-Fi. Select your 2.4 GHz network and enter the password using the on-screen keyboard. Wi-Fi enables automatic cloud sync of your readings to your digital health record.

Step 6: Take your first reading

Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Slide the cuff onto your left upper arm, aligning the artery marker (teal tab) with the inside of your elbow. Tighten until snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath. Press the START button. Remain still and silent during the measurement (approximately 40 seconds).
