When to Use Each
For homes with mixed flooring, keep the standard head attached for carpeted rooms and switch to the soft roller when moving to hard floors. The machine automatically adjusts suction when it detects a head change — no manual switching required.
The pet hair mini head connects directly to the wand or can be used handheld. It is particularly effective on sofas, car interiors, and stair treads where the full-size heads are too bulky to manoeuvre.
Tips for Best Results
Always ensure the floor head clicks securely onto the wand before use — a loose connection reduces suction. Store unused heads in the dock accessory clips to keep them clean and readily accessible. If you notice reduced performance from any head, check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.
