LED Fault Light Guide

The CleanLift A9 uses a single LED indicator on the top of the handle to communicate status and faults. Use this guide to identify what each light pattern means and what action to take.

LED Status Table

LED Pattern Meaning What to Do
Solid red Blockage detected in the airpath Power off. Check the wand, hose, and floorhead for obstructions. Remove any debris and restart.
Flashing red Motor overheated — thermal cut-out activated Power off immediately. Allow the machine to cool for at least 30 minutes in a well-ventilated area before attempting to use again. Check for blockages that may have caused the overheating.
Flashing amber Low battery Return the unit to the dock or connect the charger. The remaining runtime is approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
Solid amber Filter needs cleaning Remove and clean the pre-motor filter. Rinse under warm water, air dry for 24 hours, then reinsert. See the filter cleaning guide for full instructions.
Flashing blue Charging in progress No action needed. The unit is charging normally. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
Solid green Ready / fully charged The unit is fully charged and ready to use. You can remove it from the dock.

Note

If the LED shows no light at all when docked, check that the dock is connected to a working power outlet and that the charging contacts on both the unit and the dock are clean. If the LED still does not respond, contact support at support.monverta.com.
