JetWash Pro 360 Commercial

Rental Fleet Management Guide

This guide is intended for commercial operators who manage multiple JetWash Pro 360 units as part of a hire or rental fleet. It covers serial number tracking, recommended service intervals, and parts replacement scheduling to maximise uptime and unit lifespan.

Serial number tracking

Each JetWash Pro 360 has a unique serial number printed on the rating label on the underside of the unit. Record this number alongside your internal asset tag when the unit enters your fleet. The serial number is required for warranty claims, parts ordering and service booking.

QR code registration

Each unit ships with a QR code sticker on the rear panel. Scanning this code links to the Monverta product registration portal. Register each unit individually to enable digital service history tracking, warranty validation and automated service reminders. Fleet operators can group registered units under a single business account at register.monverta.com.

Service intervals

For rental fleet use, service the unit every 200 operating hours or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Rental units experience significantly higher wear than domestic units due to varied operators and continuous use patterns.

Bulk parts ordering

Fleet operators with five or more registered units can access bulk pricing through the Monverta commercial portal. Contact the commercial team at fleet@monverta.com with your business account number and a list of required part numbers. Bulk orders typically ship within 3 working days.

Fleet tip

Keep a pre-built service kit (inlet filter, O-ring kit and nozzle set) with each unit. This allows on-site servicing between rentals without waiting for parts. Log every service event against the unit serial number for warranty continuity.
