Error Codes Reference

The VitaCheck M1 displays error codes on screen when a measurement cannot be completed or a system issue is detected. Use this reference to identify and resolve errors.

E01Measurement failed — movement detectedKeep still and silent during the measurement. Rest your arm on a flat surface and try again.
E02Cuff pressure error — inflation timeoutCheck the cuff is wrapped snugly. Ensure the air tube is not kinked. If the cuff is loose, tighten and retry.
E03Cuff not detectedCheck the air tube connection. Push the connector in until it clicks. See: Cuff not detected article.
E04Excessive pressure varianceThe monitor detected inconsistent readings. Rest for 2 minutes and take a new measurement.
E05Pulse signal too weakReposition the cuff — ensure the artery marker aligns with the brachial artery. Tighten the cuff if it is loose.
E06Cuff over-pressureThe cuff exceeded the safe inflation limit (299 mmHg). The monitor will deflate automatically. Wait 2 minutes and retry. If this recurs, check for tube kinks.
E07Low batteryReplace all 4× AA batteries or connect via USB-C. Do not mix old and new batteries.
E08Memory fullThe 60-reading memory for the active user is full. Sync your readings via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi to back up data. Oldest readings will be overwritten on the next measurement.
E09Bluetooth pairing errorGo to Menu › Settings › Connectivity › Bluetooth › Clear Pairings and pair again.
E10Wi-Fi connection lostCheck your router is online. Verify the monitor is within range. Re-enter Wi-Fi credentials if needed via Settings › Connectivity › Wi-Fi.

Persistent errors

If an error code reappears after following the recommended action three times, perform a full restart: remove batteries, disconnect USB-C, wait 30 seconds, then reconnect. If the error persists, scan the QR code on your device to contact Monverta support.
