Every Monverta product is designed for repair before it goes into production. That means modular assemblies, standard fasteners, clearly published disassembly guides, and a guaranteed supply of spare parts for a minimum of fifteen years after the product launches.

  • ✓ Spare parts are stocked and available for a minimum of 15 years from the product launch date — not from discontinuation.
  • ✓ Disassembly instructions are published for every product. No proprietary screws without a published removal method.
  • ✓ Authorised repair network available across Europe. In-home and workshop appointments bookable through the product's digital identity.
  • ✓ Any product scoring below 7.0 on repairability is redesigned before shipping — not after.

What is an EU Digital Product Passport?
The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) requires manufacturers to attach a digital record to every product containing standardised sustainability data. The goal is to make environmental performance transparent across the supply chain and to consumers.
How Monverta publishes its DPP data
Each product ships with a QR code linking to a permanent, machine-readable DPP hosted on BrandedMark's infrastructure. The data is updated in real time as ownership changes and repair events occur.
Third-party verification
Carbon footprint data is independently verified. Materials declarations are audited against supplier documentation annually. Discrepancies result in a public correction notice in the product's passport record.

Permanent DPP Hosting
Product passports are hosted permanently — not tied to a marketing campaign or a product cycle. The QR code on a product sold today will resolve to accurate data in 2040.
Live Ownership Layer
As products change hands, warranty data and ownership records update in real time. Second owners get the same DPP access as first owners.
Recycler Data API
Certified recycling partners can pull material composition and disassembly instructions directly from the BrandedMark API, maximising component recovery rates.
